Branded tech for companies: what it costs and what to choose for each use

How much does branded tech cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery. The price drops with quantity because the print setup is spread across more units.

For trade shows, conferences and large giveaways
For large giveaways, what matters is that the item fits in a pocket, weighs little and makes sense straight away. In the Essential range, cables, stands and compact power banks work well, with small logo applications in pad print, UV print or doming that still keep the logo visible.
The usual mistake is taking a logo designed for a banner and putting it into an area of just a few centimetres. On cables and stands, the symbol or a simplified version usually works better. If you choose a cable, also check that it includes USB-C and tips for older phones.

When the recipient is on the move all day, a power bank means the gift does not depend on finding a socket. Look for models with USB-C output, mAh capacity that suits the use, and a sensible weight. On aluminium, laser engraving looks discreet; on plastic, UV print gives more colour.
Do not choose only by the mAh figure. More capacity also means more weight and a higher cost per piece. For a conference or a visit, a pocket-size format is enough; higher capacity pays off when people travel often or work away for the whole day.

A wireless charger works well when you want the logo to be seen every day on the desk. Flat models or stand designs leave a comfortable area for UV print, and bamboo versions can be engraved with a toasted finish that suits a simple desk setup.
Before you decide, check whether the model is magnetic and which phones it works with. If your logo has gradients or several colours, UV print handles it better than pad print. If it is going into a welcome pack, combine it with workstation accessories in the same order.

When the gift needs to feel more premium, it makes sense to move up a level and choose tech people will genuinely use: earphones, magnetic chargers, trackers or slim power banks. On these models, a small, clean logo works better, in laser engraving or UV print depending on the casing.
With trackers and other items that depend on an app, ask for a sample first and test it with the phone that will actually be used. Here too, a small area means simplifying the logo: fine text and too much detail tend to fill in.

The minimum order is NOK 1,032 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a cable for the event and a wireless charger for new starters can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; a different position or technique is adjusted in the quote.
