How much does a branded hat cost?

For festivals and summer giveaways
When the hat is being handed out at a large event, the unit cost and logo visibility matter most. Straw and paper straw styles in the Essential range work well because they are lightweight, breathable and carry the branding on the band, where it is easy to spot at a glance.
Do not try to print directly onto straw: the surface is uneven and the design loses definition. If the event has a fixed date, order in good time and check the product page to choose between transfer or sublimation on the band, depending on the finish the style allows.

If you want something people will keep using after the event, custom bucket hats are a better fit. In cotton or polyester, with a wide front panel for embroidery, screen printing or transfer, they give a more current look and protect anyone working in the sun or spending hours outdoors.
On cotton, embroidery adds texture and stands up well to regular use; transfer gives you more flexibility when the logo uses several colours. If you want to build out the campaign, pair them with sunglasses or something for the beach.
