Every notebook in the range is A4: plenty of room for meeting minutes, diagrams and training notes. Some models are ruled and others have a different inner page layout.

Spiral, Wire-o or sewn binding

Choose from Desk-Mate® spiral, Wire-o with a hard cover, or sewn Moleskine-style notebooks. Hardback for writing without a desk, softback for a lighter notebook.

Paper with FSC certification

Some models carry FSC certification. Most are made from paper and cardboard, and there is one option with a faux leather cover.

The A4 notebook is the one that stays on the desk: it suits team meetings, internal courses, welcome kits for new starters, or as a handout at conferences and training days where people take a lot of notes.

For gifts to clients or senior staff, the hardback Moleskine XL with a ribbon bookmark and elastic closure works well. For handing out in larger numbers, spiral notebooks with a softback cover are lighter and more practical.

Materials and branding techniques

Most of the notebooks are made from paper and cardboard, several with FSC certification, and there is one model with a faux leather cover. You can choose a hardback or softback cover, with or without a ribbon bookmark and elastic closure.

Your logo is applied according to the cover: hot foil stamping for a debossed finish on hardback or faux leather covers, pad printing or screen printing for a flat single colour, UV digital printing for full-colour logos and a resin dome for a raised effect. The catalogue price already includes one-colour branding in the standard area.

How to choose personalised A4 notebooks

Hardback or softback
A hard cover protects the pages and lets you write with the notebook on your knee. A soft cover weighs less and is easier to hand out at events.
Binding
Spiral and Wire-o bindings let the notebook lie completely flat when open. Sewn notebooks, such as the Moleskine range, have a more refined look for gifting.
Extras and page count
Some models come with a ribbon bookmark and elastic closure, and there are options with between 100 and 160 pages or more, depending on how the notebook will be used.
Technique to suit the cover
Hot foil stamping for hard covers and faux leather, UV digital printing for multi-colour logos, and pad printing or screen printing for one colour on smooth covers.

What is the minimum order for personalised A4 notebooks?

The minimum order is NOK 1,032 excl. VAT per quote, counting all products together. You can combine several models in the same quote. Some models are made from a minimum quantity; where that applies, it is shown on the product page.

Can I see how my logo will look before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free visual proof with your logo on the notebook, and you only pay once you approve it, before production starts.

What file format do you need for the logo?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. That way the branding comes out sharp whichever technique is used.

Are there A4 notebooks made with certified paper?

Yes, several models in the range carry FSC certification. You will see it indicated on each notebook's product page.

How long does production take?

The lead time depends on the branding technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days. Your quote reaches you within 24 working hours, with no obligation.

Can I order a sample before placing the order?

Yes, samples can be requested before production. And if the branding comes out defective or does not match the approved proof, it is redone at no cost.
